OUR STORY
Founded in 2021, Strategy Lateral Drilling is backed by a strong legacy of drilling experience in the Permian Basin. Originally established as Academy Drilling in 2011 and later acquired by ProPetro in 2013, the company has continued to evolve while maintaining a strong commitment to operational efficiency, safety, and dependable field performance.
Today, Strategy Lateral operates two modern Super Single drilling rigs designed to meet the evolving needs of operators across West Texas and the Permian Basin.
